We take care of arranging calibrations, services, accessory replacements, and offering technical support for all of your supported products; So you can put your feet up and rest assured that your equipment is being maintained!
Fluke Gold Support
Organise Calibration
With our Concierge Service, you don’t need to worry about when your units are due for calibration. We’ll let you know when they’re due and we’ll also arrange to have them calibrated and collected on a day that suits you.
Arrange Repairs
Free repairs with all costs for collection, repair & return are included with Gold Support. In the case of a unit failure, simply contact us and we will arrange the collection and repair.
Replacement Accessories
If an accessory presents a fault, like a battery no longer holding charge, simply contact us with a detailed description of the fault and we will liaise with Fluke for a replacement.
Technical Support
Our in-house specialists will try to answer any questions you have regarding the functionality of your test equipment.
If required, we’ll escalate to Fluke Networks Technical Support on your behalf who are able to offer expert advice 24/7-365 days a year.

Rental Availability
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are charged per week and remain competitive across the entire rental range.
Hire Agreement
Before an item is dispatched, a hire agreement is needed to take ownership of the equipment. This is required to be signed by both parties before an item can be sent. The agreement covers third party protection, payment terms and rental responsibility.

Our equipment is fully reviewed and tested on its return, and all data wiped, ensuring that equipment is continuously ready for rental.
The inventory includes Fluke Networks DSX-5000 and DSX-8000 Cable Tester, Fibre Inspector FI-3000, the Sumitomo T72C+ or T72 Ribbon Fusion Splicer and EXFO MAX-730 FTTH OTDR with many options.
