The Jonard Mid Span Slit Tool is designed to provide easy access to optical fibres in outer jackets and loose buffer tubes. The sleek ergonomic design allows you to open a fibre jacket or buffer tube without damaging the fibre inside.
Features:
- Consists of 5 precision slitting grooves ranging in size from 2.9 mm to 6.8 mm OR 1.2 mm to 3.3 mm
- One side of the tool performs radial/ring cuts and the other side slits the cable (longitudinal cut)
- Weighs less than 2.5 oz with included tethering hole makes it perfect to use in tight spaces or on the go
- Blades last for 5,000 slits/cuts
